B. During the late 1990s Milton Faber worked as a senior consultant at Parametric Technology Corporation in Needham, Massachusetts for three years under the guidance of myself, John Sblendorio, and Tom Bellemare. During his time at PTC, he honed his skills in using the company's Pro/Engineer 3D engineering design software to support the success of engineering, design, and manufacturing customers across the United States. He provided specialized consulting services to tailor and program the software to meet the unique requirements of each customer, resulting in increased market share and profits.
Mr. Faber frequently traveled to customer sites, providing training and consulting to companies such as John Deere, Lockheed Martin, General Electric, Lucent Technologies, and Raytheon Defense Systems. As the lead consultant, he oversaw one of PTC's largest automation projects at General Electric's power delivery transformer division, which resulted in reduced staffing needs for engineers, designers, and draftsmen. He also successfully implemented automation projects for Lucent Technologies and Raytheon Defense Systems.
Mr. Faber's dedication to constantly improving processes and learning new techniques was notable, and his loyalty and commitment to the company and its customers was exceptional. He worked long hours to ensure customer satisfaction and was always eager to learn more and help wherever needed.
